About Heather Rose
Heather Rose’s work is rooted in lived experience, the kind that shapes a person quietly and deeply. Growing up in an environment marked by adversity, moving through seasons of loss, transition, and self‑reinvention, she learned early how the body remembers, how the heart protects, and how resilience grows in the spaces no one sees.
Her professional path in psychiatric nursing and Mind‑Body Transformational Psychology eventually met the inner work she had been doing all along. What emerged is a way of guiding others that is both grounded and intuitive. A blend of neuro‑somatic understanding, relational wisdom, and the kind of compassion that only comes from having walked through fire and found her way back to herself. Along the way, her studies in developmental psychology, energy medicine, holistic modalities, communication, and nervous system education added depth and dimension to her approach, allowing her to meet people in the many layers where healing and growth actually happen.
Heather’s work invites practice over perfection or performance, offering space for people to explore themselves with curiosity, compassion, and room to grow. It is a returning to truth, to safety, to connection. It is learning the language of the nervous system, softening old defenses, and creating relationships that feel honest and alive.
Her presence offers a space where people can breathe, unwind, and rebuild with dignity and clarity.
Resilience is not about bouncing back...
it's about becoming whole in a world that fragments us."

“Beneath every behavior there is a feeling. And beneath each feeling is a need. And when we meet that need, rather than focus on the behavior, we begin to deal with the cause, not the symptom.”
